Since moving to Tennessee from Fort Myers, Florida in 2000, I have been preparing residential home plans for builders and home owners building in the Sevier County, Tennessee area. Prior to that, I had prepared several design plans for clients in Florida, ranging from small garage additions to a large 2 story custom home that appeared in a mid-80's issue of a local architectural magazine, as well as duplexes and small commercial buildings. I also have an extensive background as a Civil Engineering Technician (40+ years) working for local, regional and national firms, as well as network administration, computer repair and website design.

Here in Tennessee, my clients have included local builders plus both local residents and folks moving to Sevier County from other states. Much of the work I have done in this area has consisted of multi-level homes on hillsides.  These homes range from small investment-type rental units to large dream homes for families and people retiring to the beautiful Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee.  I have also done several ranch and country type designs as well as smaller starter home types of plans.

I have been preparing residential home plans for well over 40 years, both in Florida and in Tennessee and utilize the latest in computer aided architectural design software to produce plans that are detailed, functional and accurate.  The majority of homes I have designed in Tennessee are in the 2,000 to 5,000 square foot range.  They are often multi-level and always custom tailored to each client's wishes.  I have worked with both individual homeowners and several custom home builders in the Sevier County area and look forward to the opportunity of adding you to a growing list of satisfied clients.
